Jane Lee

Jane is it – the consummate professional – she’s textbook and she has the history and reputation, among clients & colleagues alike, to back up her reputation.

Jane once said that “I didn’t know what I wanted to be when I grew up until I turned 45…” Twenty-five or so years ago she began her real estate career and quickly realized the enormous commitment it takes to do the job of a real estate professional the way it should be done. Knowing that there’s a season in life for all things, it came down to her values and she knew that for her, raising my siblings and I came first. A decade later, it was her time to step into the light.

Since then, she’s built a tremendous book of business and a stellar reputation industry wide. Her career has been well-rounded and is rich in exposure to different ways to do this job. She spent a decade working as an agent for a large corporation. Then joined her son Jordan in cofounding the Lee3Team in 2005, which Jordan now owns.

Her career has been highly decorated, and her history proudly carries more than $180 million dollars in sales. Her foundation, though, has always been based on the opinion of her clients. Jane brings incomparable integrity, unbeatable experience, and a wealth of professionalism to the table. She has a kind heart, ears to hear, and a commitment to excellence. Victoria Mobley

Listing Specialist

Victoria brings decades of experience in the Triangle real estate market and is widely known for her expertise in 55+ active adult communities throughout the area. She’s been involved in hundreds of new construction sales over the years and previously ran operations for one of the largest real estate teams in the Triangle, giving her a deep, practical understanding of how to guide clients smoothly from start to finish.

She’s known for being calm, approachable, and an excellent communicator. Victoria has a way of making complex decisions feel manageable, especially for clients navigating the timing, planning, and lifestyle considerations that often come with 55+ moves. She’s thoughtful, prepared, and consistently goes the extra mile to make sure her clients feel confident every step of the way.

Victoria and her husband, Matthew, raised their two daughters here in the Triangle, which gives her a genuine connection to the communities she serves. Outside of real estate, she’s deeply dedicated to her family and their dog Sadie.

Victoria has been part of the Lee family business since the very early days and shares the same commitment to integrity, preparation, and clear guidance that defines how we take care of our clients.
