Jane once said that “I didn’t know what I wanted to be when I grew up until I turned 45…” Twenty-five or so years ago she began her real estate career and quickly realized the enormous commitment it takes to do the job of a real estate professional the way it should be done. Knowing that there’s a season in life for all things, it came down to her values and she knew that for her, raising my siblings and I came first. A decade later, it was her time to step into the light.

She spent a decade working as an agent for a large corporation. Then joined her son Jordan in cofounding the Lee 3 Team in 2005, which Jordan now owns.

Her career has been highly decorated and her history proudly carries more than $180 million dollars in sales. Her foundation though, has always been based on the opinion of her clients. Jane brings incomparable integrity, unbeatable experience and a wealth of professionalism to the table. She has a kind heart, ears to hear, and a commitment to excellence. Gene is the backbone of our team. He’s the steam in our engine. A seasoned sales veteran with a career that spanned nearly 4 decades of caring for clients. He’s seen it all and now enjoys a more behind the scenes role in this business. He’s our perfect sounding board for ideas and new projects. Gene is also bilingual and a native Spanish speaker.

Gene is the Past-President of the Durham Lions Club and Lee 3 Team is highly involved through this organization, as well as others in giving back to our community.

You’re likely to meet Gene at your home inspection, or run into him installing the for sale sign when you list your house. His support is vital to our success and makes a tremendous difference for our clients, which is why this is truly a real estate TEAM.
